- Corrected issue with parallel processing and JOA logic

- Enabled Apply New Resource Coefficients to work with zonal studies including RMT

- Added a warning when the minimum iterations value exceeds the maximum iterations value

Change Sets

- Added check to prevent multiple Change Sets or folders from having the same name

- Resolved issue where unexpected tables appear when Change Sets have the same name as folders in the Change Set window

- Fixed crash when renaming a Change Set to have the same name as its parent folder

Simulation Progress

- Corrected bug copying data from memory tables with column headers and sub-headers

Scripting

- Fixed an issue where the SaveOutputDatabaseAs scripting function could not save SQL Server databases to SQLite

- Updated the ChangeOutputDatabaseName scripting function to allow a database name to be specified on a SQL Server

Parameter Sets

- Corrected bug where the Write Input to Output setting did not work when applied through a Parameter Set

- Fixed an issue where the Apply to Project and Save button did not apply Write Input to Output related settings
